2. Our role

For personal data submitted through this website, Auteq is the data controller (see our Privacy Policy). This marketing site does not process customer data on behalf of dealers, and it is not the Auteq Pulse product.

3. Processors we use

We use a small number of sub-processors to operate the site and respond to enquiries (hosting, email delivery and spam protection). A current list is available on request from [Contact Email].

4. A note on the product

A separate Data Processing Agreement governs the Auteq Pulse product where Auteq processes data on a dealer's behalf. That agreement is provided as part of the product, not through this marketing site.
